Efficient!!!! I really cant say enough about the difference in efficiency compared to my previous dental practices. I needed an emergency toothectomy I scheduled an emergency consult they informed me they might not be able to fit me in for extraction same day but would try their best my appointment was at 12 noon and i was sitting back in my vehicle with one less tooth at 12:27. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure and recovery was better than any dental procedure ive had previously!

I’ve had such a great experience at Cascade Dental. From the moment you walk in, the front desk is so welcoming and kind, both at the beginning and end of the appointment. Chandler is my dental hygienist, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She was originally referred to me by a previous coworker back in 2021 when my husband and I first moved here, and we’ve both been seeing her ever since. She is so kind, personable, and makes every appointment feel comfortable. She’s also so fun to chat and catch up with, which makes going to the dentist feel a little less like a chore. Dr. Mark Gemert is wonderful as well. He is very professional, thorough, and personable, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. Highly recommend Cascade Dental!

Staff provided a welcoming atmosphere. This was South Hill office. My dentist helped me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure in full and what to expect . Also liked the fact that I did not feel rushed. The dentist sat with me after to make sure all was well. I appreciate that!

Dr. Walker and his wonderful staff are the best team I have ever encountered. They are professional, kind, efficient and the office is very clean and beautiful. The client bathroom is made out of stone. It is very beautiful. When you walk to the front of the office, there is a waterfall. Very peaceful; very nice.

The entire staff was fantastic. My hygenist, Chandler, was very thorough and friendly. Doctor Mark J. Van Gemert had a pleasant bedside manner and was very professional. Highly recommend this dentist office.
